Each unit features a private bathroom, a cozy living area, a separate bedroom, and balconies to enjoy the fresh air.

Within just 200 meters, you'll find everything you need: a supermarket open until 9:00 PM, a fresh produce shop, butcher, gluten-free store, and a non-food shop. A short stroll (500m) takes you to a pharmacy, bank, and post office. The entrance to the historic center and the iconic Sassi district (ZTL) via Via Pentasuglia is only 800 meters away.
